ATS Infrastructure Limited (ATS) is a prominent Indian real estate company, founded in 1998. ATS has been delivering housing developments characterized by unique craftsmanship, green surroundings, stylish architecture, top-notch amenities, and a host of suitable facilities. With a strong workforce and exceptional in-house construction, security, and maintenance teams.

Objective

The goal of the project was to redesign ATS’s website to align with its rebranding efforts and enhance the overall user experience. Key objectives were:

  • Ensuring the redesigned website adheres to the brand’s identity and guidelines.

  • Engage Visitors with a Visually Stunning and Intuitive Design

  • Simplify Website Management with a Reliable Backend Infrastructure

  • Deliver a Seamless User Experience Across All Devices

  • Boost Productivity with Internal Software Integration

Core Challanges

Redesigning a website for a real estate brand with over two decades of legacy posed several challenges:

  • Balancing Aesthetics with Functionality: The new website needed to be visually appealing while maintaining usability and performance.

  • Ensuring Technical Compatibility: The redesigned website had to seamlessly integrate with ATS’s existing internal software and technologies.

  • User-Centric Design: The site had to cater to both new visitors looking for information and existing customers requiring support and updates.

Establishing a Visual Language

Color Palette

The color scheme was derived from ATS’s core brand elements, ensuring a cohesive and engaging experience:

  • Sky: Variations of blue

  • Material: Earthy tones

  • Environment: Shades of green

Typography

We selected two fonts from the sans-serif family that complemented ATS’s modern and minimalist brand identity:

  • Proxima Nova

  • Lato

Both fonts were chosen for their high legibility, contemporary appeal, and compatibility across digital platforms.

Wireframing and Design Iteration

Once the visual language was established, we moved into wireframing. This process involved:

  • Mapping the user journey to optimize the website’s structure.

  • Creating wireframes to validate the layout and IA.

  • Iterative testing and approvals from the ATS team to refine the wireframes.

Upon finalizing the structure, the design phase commenced, integrating brand guidelines, usability best practices, and accessibility standards.

Agile Development Approach

To ensure a smooth and efficient workflow, we employed an agile methodology, breaking the project into stages with specific deliverables and success metrics. This approach allowed for:

  • Continuous monitoring and feedback at each stage.

  • Flexibility to accommodate adjustments based on user insights and testing.

  • Efficient collaboration between design, development, and ATS’s internal teams.
